For those of you that used this survey, I thank you. My wife and office manager contacted you and addressed your concerns. For those of you who wrote nasty reviews on line; my daughter saw them and was aghast. I am not a restaurant nor a gym; I am a person who worked for years to become a physician. So, for my daughter, I found all my reviewers but one, and she reviewed me a year after I retired. They were almost all in 3 groups: those who did not want to pay, just plan angry people or nuts.
